  2. Extra $10 per set for custom widths over 59.06".
  3. Mounting Guide: - Inward-swinging windows: Outside mount only - Outward-swinging windows: Inside or outside mount - Side-sliding windows: Inside or outside mount Confirm mounting style to avoid installation issues and unnecessary after-sales trouble that may delay normal use.
  4. All products are custom-made. Orders enter production 3 hours after placement and cannot be canceled or returned. If you have special shipping requests, consult customer service in advance. For post-delivery size modifications, confirm feasibility with customer service first; approved modifications incur buyer’s cost (modification fee + round-trip shipping). Double-check size, color, mounting type and notes before ordering—buyer is responsible for errors from incorrect information.

📦 Shipping

We offer standard shipping to customers in the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email from service@lumeblinds.com with tracking details.

Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate and 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse, located in East Setauket,New York . We work with trusted international logistics partners and local carriers, such as FedEx or UPS, to ensure quick and reliable delivery.​

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, excluding processing time and customs clearance.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. All returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact us at service@lumeblinds.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA) before sending any item back.

Return shipping instructions and the correct return address will be provided after approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
